Here are two pictures I found of Lily after a night "camping" (see previous post) in the Japanese ryokans. Being so young, she didn't even have the pleasure of experiencing The Noodle Effect.
Can you imagine Rowen and Arjun in those rooms? The New Sanno is luxury in comparison and they barely sleep there! I guess we won't be 'camping' anytime soon :)
Although the onsen (hot springs) and view were incredibly beautiful and relaxing, the sleeping arrangements were not too comfy. Stick with the wonderful New Sanno beds. (The New Sanno gets extra bonus points for babysitting and a bar.)
